A new build is a property that has not been bought (even if it was occupied) within two years of its construction. This also includes properties bought from the plan.
How long does it take to build a new build house?
The design and building of a new house will take 2 to 4 months to complete. It may take up to 6 months, if the weather is inclement, construction supply is disrupted or you call for change during the building phase. In most cases, just over half this time is taken to secure construction and other building permits.
Are new builds better than older homes?

Which is cheaper, buying or building a home?

We reserve the right to request that a protective helmet be worn and that visitors be accompanied by a worker employee during the visit. We also reserve the right to decline your request to visit the construction site if there are safety concerns. We may also ask you to follow a list of common safety measures during your visit.

What do I need to know before I buy land to build a home on?
